About Me
My name is Saichon Bunsiuafua , a Thai woman who grew up in the Thai kitchen that has brought my passion for cooking and Thai culture behind Thai food.
Since I was a girls, I helped my mother cooking in our kitchen in Bangkok where my cooking lessons started with simple tasks, such as, peeling and cutting vegetables, sliding and chopping meat, squeezing coconut shreds to get milk, etc. After a few years……..
